SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order? Order processing takes 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

  • USA & Canada: 7-15 business days.

  • Europe: 7-12 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days. Note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local carriers.

Do you provide tracking information? Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our "Order Status" page or directly on the carrier's website.

Where do you ship from? We have warehouses in USA to ensure we can offer the best prices and availability for our customers globally.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original condition (unused and in original packaging) within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do? We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at support@click2key.shop with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will send you a free replacement or issue a refund right away.

Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Can I cancel or change my order? We process orders very quickly. If you need to make a change, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we cannot make changes.
